These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Handoff Funding website, submission portal, and related services (the “Services”). By accessing the Services, you agree to these terms.
Nature of the Services
Handoff Funding is a backend fulfillment layer for credit repair companies, 0% business-funding representatives, funding companies, and ISOs. Handoff Funding is not a lender, is not a consumer credit-repair service, and does not guarantee funding approval, revenue, profit, income, licensing, or independent lender relationships.
Eligibility and client submissions
You are responsible for confirming that client information you submit is accurate and that you have the client's authorization to submit it for the applicable funding products.
Fees
Implementation fees and monthly continuity fees are described separately in your written agreement. The guarantee and payback policy referenced on this site apply only as described in their linked terms pages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
