Handoff Funding guarantees that your company will be live and ready to process qualified clients in less than 72 hours after completed onboarding, or your implementation fee is refunded.
Definition of “live and ready”
“Live and ready” means your company has completed the required onboarding steps, submitted the required information and branding, received access to the approved submission process, and can submit its first qualified client to the fulfillment team.
When the 72-hour period begins
The 72-hour period begins after all required information, branding, access, agreements, and onboarding materials are received and approved.
What this guarantee does not cover
This guarantee applies to operational readiness only. It does not guarantee funding approval, revenue, profit, a specific funded amount, or a specific commission.
Relationship to the payback policy
This onboarding guarantee is separate from the payback policy, which addresses your first eligible commission from a funded transaction.
